Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, an order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address. If you haven't received it within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us at hi@WorksofArt.com.au.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hi@WorksofArt.com.au. We can only cancel your order if it hasn't been processed yet.

Order Tracking
You can track your order from the moment you place it until it's delivered to you. We'll provide updates at every stage of your order, and you'll receive a tracking reference in your delivery confirmation emails that you can use to check the progress of your order online.
